An amazing moment, as Kenshin comes ever so close to murdering Jin-e. Only the sound of Kaoru's voice, pleading with him not to break his vow, pulls him back from the brink of reverting to the hitokiri he once was. Jin-e does the job himself, crowing that he knew perfectly well that Battousai, the man whose tales inspired cold sweats in people even ten years later, still exists in Kenshin....
